"Now the fees are going to be much less and they're going to have a relationship to the amount of administrative costs that are involved, and in that way it will withstand the Constitution and the court challenge that most people expect will be coming down the road,"

They've established a "reasonable" price to exercise your rights.

How special.

Way back in 1993 there was an amusing Stallone film called "Demolition Man," with Wesley Snipes as a sociopath.

The relevant part of the movie was the setting--a new age PC society with no swearing, no dissent, no salt allowed in restaurants. It was ridiculous.

We watched it again this year, with the kids. I hadn't seen it in 15 years.

Wow. Talk about creepy, how prescient some of it was. There really are politicians pushing that crap now.

Of course, I had the same in Freehold, which I wrote in 1999-2000 and was sold in 2004. The frothing left insulted me all over the web for being so anti-them, and caricaturing them as so shallow and stupid.

The prosecution presents this:

The prosecution rests.

I hate being right.:(

So they can throw it in the government's face, too.

I will conduct no further business in, with, or with any entity from Baltimore, until this is repealed. Baltimore does not exist. It is a former American city under enemy occupation.

And a most awesome demotivator.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Pin-Ups For Vets And Cooking With The Troops Partner For Operation Fight Post Holiday Blues

Cooking with the TroopsThe post-holiday blues can be bad enough on those who are healthy, and fully engaged in their normal activities. Stop for a moment and consider what it might be like for a member of the U.S. or Allied forces who find themselves evacuated to Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany. The time between Thanksgiving and New Year's has been like a fire-hose of attention, visits, and more. Then, suddenly, it's gone. They are alone in a hospital, in a foreign country, and away from friends, family, and normal support networks. Despite the dedicated efforts of staff and volunteers, the blues can hit hard.

Recognizing that, Gina Elise of the non-profit Pin-Ups for Vets and Cooking with the Troops have partnered to create Operation Fight Post Holiday Blues. This special event, timed for mid-January to have maximum effect, will combine a special dinner for a planned 150 people cooked by Guest Chef Ellen Adams, with hospital and other visits by Gina to help drive the blues away. To aid this effort, the team is being joined by author Michael Z. Williamson, who will also do visits, autographs, and give away books.
